Teledyne Relays Announces Series GRF312 Ultraminiature Broadband Relays

The GRF312 incorporates a uni-frame motor design for high magnetic efficiency and mechanical rigidity, an all resistance welded assembly, and minimum mass components to provide high levels of resistance to shock and vibration.

Advanced cleaning techniques and gold-plated precious metal alloy contacts are used to ensure reliable switching and RF insertion loss repeatability. All GRF312 relays are hermetically sealed to maintain the inert contact switching atmosphere over an extremely long period of time.

Designed for use in load-board, attenuator, RF circuits and signal integrity applications, its features include high resistance to electrostatic discharge (ESD); ground pin configuration options to improve case grounding and high isolation between control and signal paths.

The GRF312 relay is RoHS compliant, and also when supplied as the RF312 through hole version with the gold plated lead option. If required, a 60/40 Sn/Pb solder dip finish can be specified on the RF312 only.
