Designed for Broadband and T&M applications, the GRF 342 is the latest addition to the range of RF relays from Teledyne and to be used in RF attenuators, RF switch matrices and ATE.

Offering magnetic latching operation in the ultra miniature TO5 package, the GRF342 has exceptional RF signal characteristics in addition to excellent time and frequency domain response. Its robust design makes it suitable for use in shock, vibration and extreme temperature environments.

Designed to be surface mountable, the GRF342 incorporates the unique, patented ground shield feature which provides ground plane contact and isolates as well as shields each contact pin.

A life of 10 Million operations at signal level, insertion loss -0.3 dB and -35 dB isolation at 2.5 GHz characterize the GRF342. For high speed digital applications pulse rise time and propagation delay behavior are specified.
